A new judge assigned to the case of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has set a fresh date for the resumption of his trial.
Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court, Abuja, has fixed Friday, March 21, 2025, for the continuation of Kanu’s terrorism trial, following the transfer of the case file to him.
The reassignment was confirmed on Wednesday, March 12, after the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice John Tsoho, officially transferred the case to Omotosho.
