Zinoleesky, BNXN, Ayra Starr nominated for Headies2022 ‘Next Rated’ award
Zinoleesky, Ayra Starr, and BNXN has been been nominated for for the Headies 2022.
The award’s organizers announced the nominees for the latest edition at 12 p.m. on Tuesday.

The ‘Next Rated’ category has evolved into a trend-spotter, spotlighting musical performers who had a successful year prior.
Ayra Starr, BNXN, Lojay, Ruger, and Zinoleesky were nominated for The Headies 2022 ‘Next Rated’ award.
The Headies founder, Ayo Animashaun, stated in March that the 2022 edition will be held outside of Nigeria.
The event, which will be the 15th of its type, will take place on September 4, 2022, in Atlanta, Georgia.
It is expected that this year’s edition would add a new category honoring music executives.
A conference and a music festival are expected to be part of the 15th edition.
Since its debut in 2006, the award presentation has never been held outside of Nigeria.
